Trust & Verification Guide
At Yanyja, we prioritise trust between Customers and Providers. To help Customers confidently book services, we offer a “Verification” process for our Providers.
What is the “Verified by Yanyja” badge?
The “Verified by Yanyja” badge on a Provider’s public booking page indicates that Yanyja has verified the identity and legitimacy of the business. It signals to Customers that the business is real and operational.
How to Get Verified (For Providers)
Verification is currently an optional process but highly recommended.
- Initiate Verification: From your Provider Account Settings, click on “Start verification”.
- Submit Documentation: The verification page will instruct you to email your business identity documents to verify@yanyja.com. Yanyja does not store your verification documents in V1; only the decision and timestamp are recorded.
- Admin Review: Our internal team will review your submission. During this time, your status will show as “Pending”. Note: You can continue to accept bookings while pending.
- Approval: Once approved, the “Verified by Yanyja” badge will appear on your public page immediately.
Rejections
If your verification request is rejected, you will receive an email outlining the specific reason. You are welcome to re-apply once the issue has been addressed.
