Welcome to Yanyja. Here are some common questions about booking services on our platform.

How do I log in?

Yanyja is completely passwordless. When you book a service or visit yanyja.com, simply enter your email address. We will send a 5-digit One-Time Password (OTP) to your inbox. Enter the code, and you’re in.

How do I manage my bookings?

Your Bookings page shows upcoming and past bookings; use Messages to communicate with the Provider.

What is the Booking Feed?

The Booking Feed is a 3-way messaging thread between you, the business (Provider), and the specific Resource assigned to your appointment. You can use it to ask questions, clarify requirements, or let them know you’re running late.

How do cancellations work?

If you need to cancel, you can do so directly from your Bookings page. We ask that you cancel as early as possible out of respect for the Provider’s time. Depending on the Provider’s policies, late cancellations may be subject to their specific terms.

What does “Verified by Yanyja” mean?

The Verified by Yanyja badge (the blue tick) on a Provider’s booking page means Yanyja has verified their business identity and legitimacy, adding an extra layer of trust to your booking experience.
